I cannot get the car to recognize the files extracted from the .zip update downloaded off driveuconnect.com.
Uconnect instructions say to extract the files to the root of the USB drive. The .zip file I'm getting extracts several files and subfolders of files. Google research indicates that there is supposed to be a .iso image in there but I find none. 8.5gb total and I see some NAV updates in it.
Ive tried several different ways to plant these files at the root of the USB drive to no avail.
I went back to Uconnect to do the BS Akami (or whatever its called) download method assuming that downloader would convert the zip to iso but they changed their website around and I cannot find a way to initiate it now.
Any tips?
